This place is perfect. A bar with a staff that wants you to feel at home. I felt like I was at my local bar even though I was 250 miles from home. I love it. Cheers, town bar!

We were very thankful that this place was open when nothing else was late one evening. We sat at a booth which had no comfy spot to sit, every spot you sank about a foot down into the bench seat so that you could feel the wood edge pressing up into the back of your knees. It was dark, there was one very loud group of locals at the bar who seemed to be having a great time. There were flies and other insects constantly circling our table, which was worn and dingy. The waitress didn't seem happy to see us. The food (typical bar fare) was actually pretty good. After we left I should have hurried for the antiseptic hand wash--I came down with a bug a couple of days later. Kudos to the cook but not the most beautiful place to eat.

This is five bar perfection! The food is amazing. Try the wings and the fish sandwich. So good! Prices are good and the vibe is great! Love it there!

Good place. Met with some friends for dinner and drinks. The Club sandwich was good. Ended up shooting a couple of games of pool and playing a cool little bowling game that they have there. Overall had a really good time. They did have the temp turned down pretty cool (it was single digits out and there were only a few people in the place) so you might want to dress warm. The staff were friendly. Will probably meet there again.

I love Town Club! Great service, cheap drinks and great food! I've been coming here for years and it hasn't changed a bit! Which is a good thing. I always crave the pita with feta and olive spread! Yummmmmmm.

Went back and it's been renovated so much nicer. If you like fried food you'll like this place!

Went here for dinner because the wait was so long at Pearls. Good beer and bar food. I had the home run burger which was good. The fried pita chips with feta dip were really yummy. There were a lot of us in our group with two kids and we got seated right away, but not long after we got there it was crowded and people were standing around waiting for tables to free up. Very popular place. It was a bit dark inside but it's main purpose seems to be the bar.

My parents knew of this place and had stopped here before. It was lunch time on our drive, so they had decided to stop by again. I must stay this is an excellent place for lunch! I ordered the club sandwich, and was impressed with it. My parents both ordered burgers and they seemed to enjoy them as well. Our waiter was friendly and our food was served quite quickly. I did not order a drink, so I am not sure how they are. My only two complaints are that the place was so cold I had to go out to the car and get my sweater. They should have set the air appropriately since it was extremely hot outside most people would be expected to come in wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I also thought the table we had was entirely too small to eat lunch at for 3 people, even though the booth accompanying the table was designed for 3.

We have spent many Saturday afternoons at Town Club, after a long day on the boat or the beach. Great food, Outstanding Prices and great service.

love it. Has everything a bar needs and it looks like they revamped the menu. You may want to call ahead for the market price on bar nuts, as it is subject to change.
(4)MK M.
Good food, very inexpensive, appetizers less than 2 dollars. Call for bar nut prices.

My boyfriend and I came here on Saturday night at around 9PM. It was about halfway full with a mixture of couples, groups of people aged 25-40, or older locals. We sat ourselves and the waitress came up to us right away. She was very friendly. My boyfriend ordered a beer and I asked to see a cocktail menu; which they did not have. I asked the waitress to have them make me just fruity martini that was good, usually bartenders love when customers ask them to make something up for them. When the waitress came back, she apologized that it took a minute (really it didn't take long at all), and said the bartenders were confused by my request, and did not know what to make me, so she just had them make me an apple-tini. She then used the excuse, "you know, small town, we have beer and jack and coke, nothing too complicated", which I thought was a really lame excuse, if you are a bartender you should be an alcohol artist. Anyways, the apple-tini was good and then we played a couple games of pool. The restaurant itself had a decent sized bar, with lots of tables and booths on the bar side, and then the other side was a pool table with an arcade-style bowling game. It was dimly lit and set up like a club/bar type deal, but they didn't have any music on which didn't feel right. Anyways, I would probably not return to this place, the atmosphere was really bland. I did not try their food, so I can't really judge them on that. Maybe would return for a casual lunch, but probably not.

Great bar and associated food offerings! You can't miss with a burger, whether it be the mushroom & swiss or other! Plenty of mushrooms, etc. If you're a Michigan sports fan of any type, the game is always on here! Redwings, Tigers, Lions, Wolverines, Spartans!!! Great waitstaff, quick service, reasonably priced!
